I had my glasses for 6 months before they broke; they were on my face when it happened, and I was sitting down. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never experienced such an odd break.
Dan said he will ship me the screws. But I never received and no shipping number is given.
This service is not what I expected. Don't ever buy online again
bad customer service. at least waiting for 3 days to get an email reply. I don't understand the deal here.

Fantastic..First time with Moscot,I have been to Covent Garden and I bought Lemtosh glasses.
Nico was amazing, Him showed me and explained to me everything I needed to know.
I got an amazing glasses and experience becouse of him. Thanks Nico
I just ordered my second pair of glasses from Moscot. I have almost twenty pairs of glasses that I've accumulated over the years. I've bought frames from global brands, niche brands, and everything in between in the US, the UK, France, and Italy. My thinking is that if you have to wear glasses, you should enjoy them. Just like you shouldn't skimp on shoes and coffee, you shouldn't skimp on eyewear. They're all essential, quality-of-life objects. Moscot delivers. Not just on the exceptional quality and design of their frames, but also with their level of expert customer service. It's extraordinary -- highly personalized, warm, and professional. Companies today do NOT stay in business without a robust customer-centric strategy, and Moscot is an exemplar of customer centricity. A special thanks to Dan and Alessandra for all the help.
I initially return my glasses due to a few minor issues and the team at Moscot were absolutely fantastic.
Time off the time Dan, Alessandra and the amazing Krista were there to help me with my questions about the product range. Team are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and polite.
A special thank you to Krista who has been incredible helping me every step of the way with my purchase.
A brand with great history and an incredible supportive team.
Mr Sol Moscot would be proud! ????❤️

Like the previous review, I also had my glasses for 1,5 years before they broke; they were on my face when it happened, and I was sitting down. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never experienced such an odd break. But the glasses were nice while they lasted, which is why I'm giving this 2 stars.
Moscot customer service was unhelpful. Their specialist said that the type of break wouldn't have been covered under their warranty within the first year anyway–which makes me wonder what is covered.
I left an honest review on their website weeks ago–even confirmed with an email they sent out to verify–and it still isn't up on their website. Somehow, only the 5 star reviews make it, lol. So much for transparency!
I do not recommend this brand, I did not pay for the temple replacement (as their product can't even last 2 years), and I will not be repurchasing from the brand.
I've got my glasses from Moscot 1,5 years - I wear them 2-3 hours a day and today it's broken in the middle. In the 18 years that I'm wearing glasses I've never experienced this before. Very poor quality and to be honest: never again. Great design, poor quality.
Discriminated for being very short sighted
I researched online to see what opticians would have frames for people with short sightedness. I called the Covent Garden branch and spoke to a gentleman who reassured me they had an extensive range of frames for complex lenses.
I went to the above branch on Saturday, took my glasses with me for reference .
When I arrived I was ignored and when assisted was referred to other colleagues as the assistant could not suggest or find me any frames. One Asian assistant looked down at his nose and rolled his eyes as my prescription is very high. I felt so insecure, loss of confidence and wanted leave the shop.
There was no customer service by any assistants, I would be appalled as a company and provide them all retraining not just on selling but providing a service and treat each customer with dignity and respect.
I looked again online at your spectacles and have found a pair at Liberty’s(Fritz 44), so why could not find them? Is it because you could not be bothered and discriminated me for my colour and judged me for who I am!! Looks can be deceiving!!! Your loss and and another opticians gain.
It is very sad and shocking to hear that Company who runs business in United Kingdom discriminates people with disabilities and serious health conditions, purely because it suits them, or its been considered the right way of doing business.
I do understand that your personal 'believes' are rather greater priority to over the law in U.K. Please find Governments Guidance bellow, updated on 27th August 2020.
It is a disgrace how you and your staff treat some people just because you choose to.
The exemptions include anyone under the age of 11, or those with disabilities, or hidden health conditions such as breathing difficulties, mental health conditions or autism.
Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering.
Some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign.
This is a personal choice and is not necessary in law.
Thank you for your response! If I’m not welcome this time I won’t be coming back when normality kicks in.
That doesn't change the fact that you Discriminated me at your store and people with disability or illness?
Poor customer service and still no apology! Very shocked and disgusted of your robotic copy paste response. Nothing been solved here and I will make sure everyone will know how you treat your customers and bullying people with disability!
And by the U.K. law Here is the fact:
The public are asked to be mindful of people who are exempt from wearing a face covering. The list of exemptions, which has been in place since face coverings became mandatory on public transport, includes hidden conditions such as anxiety or panic disorders, autism, breathing difficulties, dementia, reduced vision or if you are with someone who relies on lip reading to communicate.
the exemptions include anyone under the age of 11, or those with disabilities, or hidden health conditions such as breathing difficulties, mental health conditions or autism.
Update -- already received my sunglasses after being stuck in customs for over 10 working days. This is my second pair. The first one I bought from a local retail store here in PH. Will never buy again from their online site! Overall coordination between Moscot and DHL is really disappointing.
Good company... terrible website. It just won't let me add anything to my cart... their customers service is really bad on here too. It's a real shame for a company with such a good reputation.
